Now on Ubuntu 12.04 Precise Pangolin

Yes! I am done upgrading from Ubuntu 11.10 to 12.04 LTS Precise Pangolin. It rather took some time to upgrade from the net but the installation was flawless. One obvious result was the increase of juice on my battery. My Nvidia GT540M Optimus driver was intact (Bumblebee) which is the only concern I had why I did an over-the-net upgrade rather than a clean install. The online installation also upgraded my Libre Office to 3.5.2. Still tinkering with it though but so far it is running smoothly. I am not sure but the graphics seems to be more sharper and transition is smoother. Speed I think also increased but I cannot really estimate by how much. All in all, because the installation went without any problem, I am happy and satisfied that I am updated with the latest Ubuntu OS. Try it! :)
