Latin Maxim for the Day

ACTUS ME INVITO FACTUS, NON EST MEUS ACTUS
An Act done by me against my will, is not my Act.

Whenever a person is under a compulsion of an irresistible force or uncontrollable fear to do an act against his will, in which it produces a crime or offense, such person is exempted in any criminal liability arising from said act.
